We don’t talk about mental health enough, sometimes it’s not easy to, but that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t.
I’d love to normalise that It’s ok not to be ok, and its ok to reach out for help, we should never underestimate the power of the outdoors, nature, movement and talking to others.
